The PC-1 identifies the size and load of a motor and automatically adjusts to the most efficient setting to provide you with maximum energy savings. All the calculations in the PC-1 are pre-programmed to provide a fully automatic power control system.

    The PC-I:

  • Smoothly engages the power at start up and while running with variable loads. (A must for all commercial motors).
  • Eliminates sudden jolts and impacts during load changes which means wear and tear on your motor.
  • Continuously selects the most efficient setting for each motor configuration throughout the entire motor's operation (loaded or unloaded).
  • Status LED informs you what mode of operation the microprocessor is in.
  • Flashes codes with the LED if there is too much power factor jitter; the motor is fully loaded, or it is overloaded.
  • Available in single phase and three phase

The PC-1 is made for use with any inductive motor, but is most beneficial in use with: pumps, blowers, fans, washing machines, gas heated dryers, central air conditioning: and machine shop equipment such as drill presses, lathes, conveyer belts, escalators and all sorts of commercial applications.

PC-1 is simple to install and adaptable to a variety of motors. Since some motors have different requirements for optimum performance, the PC-1 provides you with jumper pin settings to enable you to select different programs to best suit your application. All you have to do is wire it in according to the instructions, and forget it. the PC-1 will do all the work from there.
